NHL.com got hold of Kevin Smith, during press for Cop Out in the states and they asked him about his possible hockey movie, Hit Somebody which is about a hockey enforcer desperate to score one goal.. “Seann, for me, was the key into the character...After spending all the time with Seann on this movie, he's pitch perfect. He is that guy” said Smith.
No idea when Hit Somebody might go into production, but sooner rather than later now seems possible.
