Robert De Niro is planning on taking a Honeymoon with Harry according to Deadline. If the king of Tribeca signs up he’ll join Bradley Cooper in Honeymoon with Harry. It’s the story of a womanizer who changes their partying ways and meets a woman and falls in love. So love blossom’s except for the father in law to be (De Niro) who is intent on breaking up his daughters new love. But marriage knows no bounds and the couple keep their eyes on the aisle except before the wedding, the bride to be, dies. Groom to be goes on with the wedding attempting to drink himself into an early grave until he run’s into the the grieving Dad who is about to spread his daughters ashes on her favourite beach.
Now, at this point nothing is set in stone with this long troubled movie, which has been floating around since 2004 in one guise or another. Bradley Cooper reckons himself and Bob should make something together and thus was a bit proactive in getting this off the shelf. Either way, contracts are yet to be printed let alone signed, but if this makes it to the big screen, bring the Kleenex…or a long sleeve!
