NEW GODZILLIA IS OLD GODZILLA..SORTA

Way back in March it was first touted that a new Godzilla flick was on the cards. After then 1998 movie, which to be fair, after it’s egg laying madness, left a dodgy taste in peoples mouths. So, no doubt, the cinema going masses would be a little bit apprehensive about another flick.  As you’d expect! But the new Godzilla flick is going to be a throwback to the Godzilla of an old! Producer Brian Rodgers has been shooting from the hip and said
"Legendary did not want to make the same decisions Sony did. Specifically, we're not going to see "a more iguana-like Godzilla laying eggs. I think I can safely say that there'll be other monsters that Godzilla will fight. That's what the fanbase wants to see. Not having that in the Sony version was a drawback. Godzilla fighting the US army was not in the spirit of the character." And there’s slim chance of a dude in a rubber outfit laying a few digs into Mothra.
