By Crom, the Jason Momoa starring Conan is to be released on August 19th 2011 and yes..it will be in 3D. Thankfully it’s not a conversion jobby as the movie has been shot in 3D according to Lionsgate (via Empire). Conan 3D is not a remake per se, but a new adaptation of the original Conan stories! Whilst the original Conan movies were more about Arnold Schwarzenegger and the hype tsunami that surrounded him at the time, this one is going to have to stand on it’s own too feet.
