It’s time to expand the Irish Web Award Finalist and IMDB News providing Movie Bit. I’m currently looking for writers who will not get paid, not get fed and not be loved. So, if you have a huge passion for movies then I’d like to hear from YOU! What’s required?
Well, firstly it’s news and reviews and the occasional feature that’s required. News articles have to be a minimum of 100 words on average (exceptions apply obviously). Reviews 600 words on average usually. The tone is light hearted at times whilst being informative. I have ZERO interest in reviews that are thousands of words long and search for secret, hidden contexts that are not there. I often feel reviews of this ilk are only trying to fatten up a page or meet a word count target.

Once again, this is non paying gig so absolutely no moolah, no love, no food, but maybe the occasional thanks.
Successful applicant(s) will have a 3 month trial and after that, if again successful, there will still be no money nor love. A packet of chocolate digestives may be provided once a month.
