The Matrix creators Andy and Lana Wachowski have been struggling a little as of late. After the slight mishap that was Speed Racer, then struggling to find someone to fund Cobalt Neural 9 (isn't that a bad-ass title?!), they haven't had it great in Hollywood in 2010. But that's about to change, as THR is reporting the dynamic duo are gearing up for a modern take on Robin Hood. The flick, simply titled Hood right now, will be made over at Warner Bros. and the directors are said to have reached out to several actors including Will Smith.
A modern retelling of Robin Hood with Will Smith could be interesting. I'll always have faith in the pair after the original Matrix and I believe they still have another great film in them, waiting to be made.
