A trailer for the long gestured drama, Hesher, has just hit over at The Playlist. The flick stars Joseph Gordon Levitt (Inception, Mysterious Skin), Natalie Portman (Black Swan) and Rainn Wilson (The Rocker). It tells the story of a young boy, whom after the tragic death of his mother, moves in with his grandmother, where he meets the titular anarchist, Hesher. The two become friends, eventually meeting a grocery store clerk who the boy then falls in love with. I'm not totally sold by the trailer, but the idea of Levitt playing a pyromaniac, with a 'don't give a shit' attitude sounds delightful.
