Oldman was also asked about the scope of the movie, and will it be bigger "Yeah the scope of it and also the way he sort of brings it back to Batman Begins. And really what Christian, what Bruce Wayne discovers about himself, what he learns about himself at the end of this one."
As for Commissioner Gordon, Nolan has promised a decent role for the character "Yeah, he says that it's a good role but I'll have to wait and see won't I?" says Oldman.
The Dark Knight rises will have us all thundering to cinemas on July 20th 2012.
