Coffee & Cigarettes director Jim Jarmusch is set to make his debut in the horror genre with an as-of-yet untitled vampire film, according to Screen Daily. Jarmusch, who describes the film as a "crypto-vampire love story", has cast Michael Fassbender, Tilda Swinton and Mia Wasikowska in the leading roles as well as John Hurt. The film will begin principal photography in early 2012 and will be produced by Jeremy Thomas and Reinhard Brundig.
On a quick side note, I love that Fassbender is so busy right now. He absolutely shines in every film he's been in thus far. Hell, he even elevated Jonah Hex.
