Finally, an excuse to use 'Quadriology' in a title. But fear not, there is a real story to it, as we learn today that highly anticipated novel adaptation The Hunger Games will become a four-film series, derived from three books; Hunger Games, Catching Fire and Mockingjay.This is of course emulating what Twilight and Harry Potter have done, so if it wasn't clear that Lionsgate wanted to have their own big Twilight success. It's hard to imagine it not being a big hit when it's released in March, and got a little bit more interesting this week with the announcement that The Big Evil President will be played by DONALD SUTHERLAND. Instantly, Hunger Games has become more exciting a prospect than the entire Twilight series.
The first movie, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson, will be released in March 2012.
