Bounced around the release dates like mad, The Thing reboot has been in gestation for a long time. The original is rightly a fan favourite, and despite the 80s ropey effects the Thing in question looks properly creepy and alien.
This new trailer, complete with Inception-style music, isn’t selling the remake to me just yet – whilst The Thing is potentially a very creepy and twisted story but so far it looks like Dreamcatcher 2 or worse, Alien Vs. Predator. We have a lot of time to be convinced though, with the movie released this December 2nd.
