Aliens are EVERYWHERE – no lie.
There’s no doubt that Aliens are a hot ticket at the moment for the film world, with the cinema absolutely packed with Alien-themed stuff the last few years. Will it keep going? Personally I think the next big trend is going to be monsters (or car movies) but the aliens still have life in them if The Darkest Hour is anything to go by.
To be fair, this one, set in Moscow and featuring energy-based Aliens, is at least a little different in execution. Can’t help but feel that the aliens form is an excuse to save a lot of money though…….
The movie opens this Christmas, up against Tintin. Gulp.
