There are roughly a million (slight exaggeration) versions of Frankenstein on the way, as studios rush to get them out asap. Of course, the one everyone wants by Guillermo Del Toro is probably not out for a decade, if ever, but Real Steel director Shaun Levy has signed on for an adaptation due out in the coming years.
People might view that with extreme confusion/fear (I do) but take a look at the interview below that Max Landis, writer of the movie, gave for Shock Til You Drop and see if his take on it can change your mind. His enthusiasm is very clear – and the movie does sound pretty great so far.
