It looks like Batman's got a new toy in The Dark Knight Rises. Filming of Christopher Nolan's third Batman feature is well under way in New York, with a number of photographs from the set revealing the updated batsuit, as well as new characters Bane and Catwoman.
The latest photo from the set, captured by 'Srslyguys' and featured on 'comingsoon.net' shows what appears to be Batman's Batwing. The vehicle would certainly be in keeping with the more realistic approach taken by the series so far, and is similar in style to the Batpod and Batmobile. The Dark Knight Rises is due for release on the 20th July 2012.
