New Dark Knight Rises Viral

Yesterday, we had the first pieces of viral for The Dark Knight Rises. Today, we have another piece. And tomorrow, something else is going to happen by all accounts. The image we have today was released by @firerises (official twitter account for The Dark Knight Rises) which is another scanned document relating to the Leonid Pavel. This time round, its stating permission has been granted to initiate operation 98H1, or to go by its code name “Operation Early Bird”. And at 10am PST (6pm GMT), Operation Early Bird goes live!
