Earlier, Empire revealed Jeremy Renner’s character in a chat with the star. Renner will play Aaron Cross in the forthcoming Damon-less Bourne Legacy. Besides Renner, Rachel Weisz, Ed Norton and another few big names will be Bourne into possibly a new franchise. Renner says that the movie will have the same thrills as the original trilogy, only with some alterations. “For fans of the franchise, [The Bourne Legacy] has that same ticking clock, but it's a new programme and new characters.” concluded the leading man.
