Bad news for Sam Raimi and all those connected with the upcoming Evil Dead remake, reports suggest that Lilly Collins has pulled out of the project due to a clash in her schedule. It will be seen as quite a blow as she was the clear first choice for the role of Mia, in the Evil Dead reboot. Word is that her promotional work for the upcoming Mirror Mirror could be the reason, she is also due to work on the adaptation of the novel The Mortal Instruments which is to be directed by Scott Stewart the movie is set around a group of friends who head out for a stay in a remote cabin in the woods, demonic forces lurk there and possess each of the group one by one. . Now the search will be on to find a suitable replacement with Fede Alvarez to begin shooting in March, with a view for an April 2013 release date, we’ll keep you posted as always..
