I don’t know anymore. I really don’t! The one thing you thought would never be remade, is about to get remade, as Scott Zebielski has been hired by New Line to direct the remake of the 80s comedy.
Apparently Zebielski is a reserve officer in West Hollywood as well, so that may bring something to the table. But in all seriousness, do we need a remake of Police Academy? Lets hope all 500 Police Academies aren’t in line for the remake treatment, because they stopped being funny after the fourth one (at a push)
That said, at least give Michael Winslow some sort of cameo, as for me and many others, Motormouth Jones made the movies enjoyable to some extent.
