Up to little over a year ago, the 23rd James Bond film, Skyfall, looked unlikely due to the financial troubles MGM, distributors and rights holders to the franchise, were having. But thankfully that is all cleared up and production is in full swing, with Sam Mendes is at the helm, just in time for the 50th anniversary of Dr. No and the James Bond series.
The story for the new film will have Bond coming to his superior's, M (Judi Dench), aid when a threat from her past comes back to haunt her. All other details on the project are being kept on the down low but, thanks to Coming Soon, we now have our first look at Javier Bardem's mysterious villain. Set photo's have appeared that have Daniel Craig's Bond seemingly going toe to toe with the bad guy, who is dressed as a British policeman.
The film also stars Naomie Harris, Albert Finney, and Ralph Fiennes. It's expected release date is November 9th, 2012.
