MacFarlane, no doubt as many will agree, is a comedy genius. Family Guy has been a runaway success, and with few exceptions, its the funniest thing on TV. So, what happens when Mark Walhberg (who can really rock the funny, remember The Other Guys?) teams up with the Family Guy creator, about a teddy bear that comes to life as a result of a childhood wish? More hilarity. Word from SXSW is MacFarlane showed quite a bit of footage, which was by many accounts down right awesome. So, check the poster…which gives us a first glimpse of Ted. Here’s hoping a trailer isn’t too far away.
