The old gang is back together. Well, their legs and feet anyway. While audiences in the U.S. are (supposedly) getting a teaser trailer for Anchorman 2 before screenings of The Dictator, a new poster for the movie has arrived, giving us our first taste of the return of the Channel Four news team.
Not too much is known about the story, but director Adam McKay has already said in interviews that the movie would deal with the advent of the 24 hour news networks in 1978. This would see Channel Four attempt to diversify, bringing in African-American and Latino anchors. We've all seen before how Ron, Champ, Brick, and Brian handle change, so we can expect much hilarity to ensue.
