Not the usual news we trade in here at The Moviebit, but since Aliens is an all time classic, and this is an awesome development, I had to let the people know. The upcoming video game Aliens: Colonial Marines, which lets you recreate the more nerve shredding moments of James Cameron's action epic, will feature the return of beloved character Corporal Dwayne Hicks, with actor Michael Biehn providing voice work, in both the game's campaign and multiplayer modes.
Hicks was an important character to the Alien mythology, and was unjustly killed off at the start Alien 3, so his return is a big deal. No word yet on how he returns, but since the game, which will be part of the Alien story canon, is set after Alien 3, expect it to involve some big sci-fi twist.
