Download the directors commentary track for Looper

Rian Johnson's Looper was a big hit with just about everybody, with many people taking in multiple viewings of the sci-fi thriller. Now the director has hit upon an ingenious idea: he has recorded a downloadable commentary for your MP3 player, so you can listen to it in the cinema. It is a really cool idea, that I can't believe isn't done more often. Revealing it on Looper tumblr account, Johnson has a few word on how to use it:

"This is an odd thing I tried with Bloom, and have gotten a few requests for it again, so here it is.  It is totally different from the commentary track that will be on the Blu/DVD, a bit more technical and detailed.  Needless to say, this is NOT to be listened to on a first viewing, or before you’ve seen the film.  Also, please work it so that a glowing screen is never out of your pocket during the movie.

Listen to the introduction before heading to the theater, it has instructions.  And lemme know how it works."

I really want to try this out, but unfortunately my to-do list is a mile long at the moment, so if you do try it out sound off below.
