I'm still on the fence about a new Evil Dead, but this trailer for the remake of Sam Raimi's horror classic seems like a step in the right direction. The atmospheric locale is there, it's got buckets of blood and gore, and promises an unnerving night at the cinema, especially the bit involving Jane Levy's tongue and the knife. The current crop of horror remakes have been weak sauce, maybe this one could turn all that around. Judge for yourself, but be warned, what is contained within this trailer is not for squemish, and really thinking about, shouldn't be viewed by anybody. Ever. Enjoy!!!!!
