Justice League planned for 2015 release date

2015 is going to be a big year for fans of comic book movies with Marvel Comics The Avengers and DC's Justice League going head to head on the big screen. The Avengers 2, with director Joss Whedon returning, has its May 1st slot for a while now, but Warner Bros. have revealed their own superhero ensemble will take a bow in the Summer of the same year. Nothing much is known about the project, a director (Christopher Nolan was offered the job, but declined) hasn't even signed on yet, but whoever does will be working from a script by Will Beall (the upcoming Gangster Squad).

The line-up is said to include Superman (there is no confirmation yet if Henry Cavill will be reprising the role after next years Man Of Steel), Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern (again, no confirmation if Ryan Renyolds will be returning), and Batman. The inclusion of The Dark Knight will no doubt send most fans boys into a frothing rage, since the character will be more than likely be rebooted from the version we saw in Christopher Nolan's beloved trilogy. Rumours at the moment point to the new Batman making his debut in Justice League, leading into his own solo movie.

Expect to hear more about this in the coming months. This will no doubt attract insane amount of hype.
