An adaption of Max Brooks', son of comedy legend Mel, epic novel about the zombie apocalypse, director Marc Forster's World War Z has had a rough road to the big screen with reshoots, rewrites, and a flip flopping release schedule. But we now have our first look at the movie, courtesy of ET, with a full trailer coming Thursday.
While I'll reserve my judgement till the full trailer, my interest is piqued with this. It looks unlike any zombie movie I've seen before, focusing on an undead threat of a much bigger scale than what we are used to, and, I'll admit it, I'm a sucker for Brad Pitt.
Synopsis: A U.N. employee is racing against time and fate, as he travels the world trying to stop the outbreak of a deadly Zombie pandemic.
Release date: 21 June 2013
