Those looking forward to Kimberly Pierce's remake of Carrie this spring will sadly have to wait a bit longer. Actually alot longer. Sony have just announced that the movie has been pushed back to an October 18th release date, now giving us a nine month wait to see Chloe Moretz wreck shop as the iconic character. There's no word on the reason behind the move, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's to coincide with Hallowe'een, and pick up some extra traffic from those looking for a good scare.
