With Django Unchained not so far away from hitting the bigscreens on this side of the pond, Tarantino and the cast are currently on the promo trail in London, which is basically a bunch of interviews after interviews.
In the below video, it's quite different from the usual junket pieces. Krishnan Guru-Murthy from Channel 4 News sat down with the director and at one point asked him about a possible link between movie violence and real life violence. It's at this point that things got quite heated and while not the greatest piece of Tarantino dialogue, the director uttered "I'm shutting your butt down". Tarantino has been on record quite a number of times over the years when it comes to this topic and he must be pretty sick of it at this stage. But the master of dialogue delivered this great piece "Don’t ask me a question like that - I’m not biting. I refuse your question... I’m not your slave and you’re not my master. You can’t make me dance to your tune. I’m not a monkey."
Personally, it's old hat from a question point of view. Still though, it makes for compelling viewing as he's in full Tarantino mode. Great piece at the end as well where he asks Krishnan a question. Definitely worth a watch.
