The Last Exorcism was a great little found footage flick, creepy, surprising, and featuring one hell of an ending. Now we have the first trailer for the sequel, and things are a little different. Gone is the found footage aspect, and it's all a bit meta, revealing the first film exists in the movie's world as an actual documentary. It's a brave move (Book Of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 attempted this, but couldn't translate the success of the original into the new format), but judging by this fantastic trailer, one that should pay off.
Synopsis: As Nell Sweetzer tries to build a new life after the events of the first movie, the evil force that once possessed her returns with an even more horrific plan.
