A movie about a global zombie epidemic does seem like an odd fit slap dab in the middle of the summer blockbuster season, a time slot usually reserved for superheroes and mindless action, but World War Z is shaping up to be a fantastic and original take on the genre (c'mon, zombie swarm!!!) that I'm glad we're seeing it sooner rather than later.
