Based on the best selling novel from Orson Scott Card, Ender's Game follows Ender Wiggins (Asa Butterfield), a young boy sent to Battle School to hone his military skills in the midst of an impending alien invasion. Many will write this off as a science fiction Harry Potter (the comparisons are there, but the book came out in 1985, so it should be the other way around), but the first trailer has dropped and there is a lot to like here, especially some epic space battles, and an impressive cast including Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfield, Abigail Breslin, and Ben Kingsley.
