Formerly known as Malavita, Luc Besson'sThe Family sees Robert DeNiro and Michelle Pfeiffer as the heads of a mafia family trying to adjust to life in France after been relocated there by Witness Protection. There is a very nice line in humour here, offering a hard edged take on the usual fish out of water scenario, but still throwing in some laughs. Everybody seems on fine form, especially Tommy Lee Jones, as the family's CIA contact, giving it his deadpan best.
