Vin Diesel is back as Richard B. Riddick, going back to the anti-heroes roots, and delivering a story very reminiscent of Pitch Black, what with the whole alien planet and swarm of vicious monster shenanigans. Yahoo has debuted the first clip from the movie, with Riddick taking on a very impressive CG beastie, while also revealing himself as a bit of a dog person.
Synopsis: Left for dead on a sun-scorched planet, Riddick finds himself up against an alien race of predators. Activating an emergency beacon alerts two ships: one carrying a new breed of mercenary, the other captained by a man from Riddick's past.
