Trailer for Not Another Happy Ending

Already a darling in some nerd circles thanks to her role as Amy Pond in Doctor Who, Karen Gillen is set to be introduced to a larger audience with Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, as bad guy Nebula, next year. But before that, she takes the lead role in romantic comedy Not Another Happy Ending, playing a best selling author who suffers from crippling writers block when she is happy. With a new book due, her publisher (Stanley Weber) takes it upon himself to destroy her life and make her depressed, so she will finally finish writing it. But, surprise, surprsie, the worse he makes her feel, the more he realises that he loves her.

While the trailer does threaten that the movie falls into cliche, the quirky story, and the fact that Gillen is an incredibly likable actress, should make this an enjoyable romp.
