Vin Diesel posted the following video online earlier, and it features himself and the awesome Tony Jaa (Ong-Bak) working out and doing some serious damage to punch bags. The amazing thing is, Jaa is well used to jumping 100 feet off the ground and kicking a punch bag into next week, but to see Vin Diesel do it, Wow!!! Impressive stuff.
Jaa stars alongside Vin Diesel (in a far more physical role it seems) and all the old favourites (ad a few more including Kurt Russell) for Fast & Furious 7 which screeches into cinemas next July.
