We were all pretty pissed off when Edgar Wright departed Marvel’s Ant-Man, but now the director has something else to keep himself busy with apparently. Baby Driver. A movie that has been described to deadline as a collision of crime, action, music and sound. And he’ll also pen the script. Looking at Wright’s back catalogue, that sounds pretty familiar and that’s a damn fine thing as he is a genuine talent and has yet to deliver a movie that doesn’t entertain.
No word on whether or not Simon Pegg or Nick Frost will appear in it, but given their long history together, it’s always a possibility.
Anyway, good to have Edgar back on the scene! Watch this space!
