Earlier this week, we got our first look at what Clark Kent will look like in the follow-up to Man of Steel, and now USA Today have given us our first look at Henry Cavill in his Superman duds from the sequel. It seems they have gone with the 'it's no broke, don't fix it approach to the costume. The image also comes with a interview with director Zach Snyder where he he drops some details about the movie, including the decision to go with 'v' instead of 'vs.', a decision that has given rise to a number of jokes at the titles expense (Batman five Superman being my absolute favorite). The decision seems to be "to keep it from being a straight forward 'versus' movie, even in the most subtle way". Also talked about was the point in life the Batman in the movie finds himself, a lot longer into his crime fighting career than we are used to. It's a smart decision, we've seen Batman's origin what seems lke a million times now, and, as Snyder puts it, "it's cooler to see a Crusty Batman beating the snot out of guys."
