It’s not just Hall H that erupts during Comic-Con. Room 6BCF also went crazy during Dynamite Comic’s panel for the Django Unchained-Zorro crossover comic book, where Quentin Tarantino was a guest.
After a fan asked about the Hateful Eight movie, Tarantino confirmed that he is indeed moving forward with the movie. The fan asked “I was at the reading for The Hateful Eight. It would make me so happy if can you confirm if you are going to be doing it?” to which the director responded “Yes, we are going to be doing The Hateful Eight. All for you. We weren't sure about it but I just decided just now.”
Not so long ago, the script for The Hateful Eight leaked online causing the Reservoir Dogs director to stop the movie in it’s tracks. He discovered the leak after his agent Mike Simpson began getting calls from other agents pitching their clients for a role in the movie, even though he only gave the script to six people.
After confirming The Hateful Eight movie is going ahead, Tarantino also teased out the idea that he’s working on an extended cut of Kill Bill that would include animated footage that didn’t make the final cut of the original.
