Narrated by George Takei, the Irish Film Board funded animated short The Missing Scarf has come online, and it is an absolute joy to behold. Coming from director Eoin Duffy, it was mainly created using the open source Blender 3D, in addition to Adobe Flash, and spins the darkly comic tale of a squirrel looking for his missing scarf, and the various animals, who are dealing with their own problems, he encounters. The Missing Scarf has gone on to win several awards both home and abroad, as well as being shortlisted for 2014 Academy Awards.
I highly recommend you take six minutes out of your day, and watch this wonderful piece of animation.
