Jon Snow takes some time away from The Wall for Testament of Youth, which sees Kit Harrington and Alicia Vikander as two young lovers whose pese lives are shatter and forever changed by the First World War. Based on the memoir of Vera Brittain, director James Kent (who made his name on television with the likes of The White Queen and Inside Men) has certainly captured the power of Brittain's writing, and has brought together an impressive supporting cast, including Dominic West and Emily Watson, backing up our young leads.
