With a fantastic cast that includes Helen Mirren, Ryan Reynolds, Daniel Brühl, Charles Dance, and Jonathan Pryce, director Simon Curtis (My Week with Marilyn) brings the true life tale of Maria Altmann (Mirren), who, along with young but determined lawyer Randol Schoenberg (Reynolds), took on the Austrian government to recover the titular painting that was belonged to her family until it was stolen from them by the Nazi's during World War II. There's a good story here, and a definite feeling of Philomena from the trailer below, which isn't a bad thing as Mirren seems to be having a blast in the role. Check out the trailer for yourself.
