With director Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs), screen writer Diablo Cody (Juno), and Meryl Streep all Oscar winners, there is no denying the pedigree of Ricki and the Flash. The latest trailer doesn’t tell us anything new, but Streep is again on top form, and there’s something about Cody’s script that seems to shake up the very familiar story.
