With Tangled and Frozen under their belt, Disney continue to re-imagine classic fairy tales with Gigantic, an animated musical take on Jack and the Beanstalk that promises to quite unlike any version of the story so far. Set in Spain during the Age of Exploration, it follows adventure seeking Jack who forges a friendship with Inma, an eleven year old girl who just happens to be a sixty foot tall giantess, on his journey to escape the land of giants.
Tangled’s Nathan Greno will be at the helm, and Frozen’s songwriting team of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez will be providing the no doubt infuriatingly catchy songs. Gigantic hit our screen in 2018.
