Ahead of the new trailer debuting on The CW’s DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League special tomorrow night, a host of new Suicide Squad posters has come our way, maybe giving a better indication of the tone of David Ayers’ super villain team up. The especially dour first trailer we got last year was never went to be seen by the public, with Warner Bros.’ hand forced by leaks from the Comic-Con panel where it was shown. Kevin Smith, co-host of the aforementioned special, has gone on record as saying there will a lot more humour on display. Couple that comment with the below posters, and maybe the Suicide Squad isn’t as depressing as we’ve been led to believe. As it should be really, because there is a fun and eclectic bunch of villains at play here, and not letting them have a chance to shine would be doing them a disservice.
