Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo crash onto our screens once again this Summer, and while some might still have a problem with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ new look, there is no denying that Out of the Shadows promises to be a hell of a lot of fun, bringing in a whole host of fan favourites and just pushing the action way passed anything on offer in the admittedly lacklustre original (though the one part that did work, the Turtles themselves, seems to be have little to no meddling done to it). As a life long TMNT fan, with a penchant for Krang and the Technodrome, this latest trailer has gotten me beyond excited. Check it out below.
Released: June 23rd
Synopsis: Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael return to theaters this summer to battle bigger, badder villains, alongside April O’Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and a newcomer: the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell). After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE Superstar Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly), to unleash a diabolical plan to take over the world. As the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder and his new crew, they find themselves facing an even greater evil with similar intentions: the notorious Krang.
