Finding Dory “just kept swimming” right to the top of the Irish box office taking almost €1.3M in its opening 4 days over the Irish bank holiday weekend. In the UK/Ireland cinema territory Finding Dory is now the 2nd biggest Disney or Pixar animated opening of all time (behind Toy Story 3).
The film also continues to reach new depths in the US, where it is now the highest grossing animated and 8th highest grossing movie of all time taking $469M since its release in June. Finding Dory has already reached an incredible $831M at the global box office after only a few weeks on release globally.
