One of the things that makes the Assassin’s Creed games so satisfying and beloved, bar the chance to dive off the tallest building you can find, is the rich and deep mythology running through the franchise, one that spans contents and centuries as a hidden war is waged between the forces of the Templars and the Assassin’s. Before the film adaption debuts in a few months time (hopefully delivering a decent video game movie for a change) , Fox have shared with us this nice little primer so you can know what’s what and tell your good guys from the bad guys.
