Baywatch is getting the 21 Jump Street treatment, with the unlikely double act of Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron spearheading this R-Rated take on the beach set t.v. show. This new trailer sheds some light on the plot, involving our team of heroic lifeguards attempting to save their beach when drugs and dead bodies astray washing ashore, but the real focus is on the comedy, with Johnson and Efron firing on cylinders on that front. R-Rated comedies are dime a dozen these days, and while I don’t think there’s enough her to make it stand out form the crowd, Baywatch should at least be an entertaining break from all the blockbusters this Summer.
