A new trailer for the DCEu’s latest installment has come our way, and putting aside the track record of Warner Bros.’ super hero shared universe so far, this does look incredibly promising. Acting as a primer on Dthe Amazonian warrior, highlighting her childhood growing up on the island of Themyscria, there’s something incredibly old fashioned feeling about this movie. And not just the World War I setting. It feels heavily influenced by old school super hero movies like Superman and even The Rocketeer, and this works in its favour, promising a breath of fresh air amongst the DCEU own slate of 'dark and gritty’ superhero tales.
