Timur Bekmambetov who directed the brilliant (IMO) Wanted is producing a new movie in his own backyard called The Darkest Hour. The movie follows a group of American tourists visiting Moscow when an alien invasion occurs. Olivia Thirlby has signed on! Sounds promising, but have we seen all this before?
